Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Our refund process

We understand that it is essential to process your refund and we want to do it quickly. After we receive and inspect your returned product, you can expect to have your refund within 5-10 business days. We will contact you by email or phone once we have received your return and the refund has been processed. Items being returned must be in good condition and in their original packaging.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when you purchased it and we send it directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift sent the order to themselves for delivery to you later, we will send a refund to the person who made the gift and they will know about your return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that were marked as “gifts” at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
