OUR RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
At Cnc.discounts, we place great value on your shopping experience. That’s why we are dedicated to providing the highest quality products. Any tool you purchase from the Cnc.discounts Store should arrive in top condition. If you think any product in your order is damaged or has problems, please contact our customer service team immediately.
- You can return any product that has not been used. After purchase, within 7 days of delivery.
- We can't make changes. If you need a different size, start the return process to return the item you don't need. Once you have started the return process, you can place a new order for the new item you want.
- Cancellations can only be made while in "Pending Order" status. After the status changes to "Payment Received", they cannot be cancelled.
- These conditions must be met for us to process a return.

- A full return of the product, and the purchase money remains as store credit for a next order.
- Exchange a product that was sent in error.
At cnc.discounts we work closely with many of our business partners. They may have conditions that are not under the control of cncdiscounts.com, our partners may refuse exchanges, returns and refunds according to the conditions set forth on this page.
Our refund process
We understand that it is essential to process your refund and we want to do it quickly. After we receive and inspect your returned product, you can expect to have your refund within 5-10 business days. We will contact you by email or phone once we have received your return and the refund has been processed. Items being returned must be in good condition and in their original packaging.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when you purchased it and we send it directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift sent the order to themselves for delivery to you later, we will send a refund to the person who made the gift and they will know about your return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that were marked as “gifts” at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
Exchanges

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
